About the workshop

Cosima Pitman is an established woodwind repairer based in Cambridge.
Cosima started repairing after joining Woodwind & Reed music shop in 2016, repairing there for over 7 years. During that time, Cosima made the most of working in a busy repair department and the breadth of work it provided, quickly honing their craft and finding new areas of interest to explore. Always keen to get as many hours of repairing in as possible, they could often be found burning the midnight oil - preferable to turning away an interesting job!

Using skills gained from overseeing a repair department for many years, Cosima now runs their own workshop, giving the opportunity to provide flexible repairs and servicing, and to focus on new projects including keywork custimization and alterations.
